House Construction - first stages - 2007
In March 2006 I bought a 5,180 Sq m area of land overlooking Kouremenos Bay and containing 95 olive trees. Having completed the long process of obtaining planning permission, construction of the house is now well underway. There is a basement/ garage, bedroom level, living-room/kitchen/sun-terrace level, then a flat roof. The neighbour's white house is more than 30m away and there is a clear view over the top. The main concrete structure was completed in early October 2007.
The building company "Adar Casa" from Sitia worked very well in 2007

When we visited in the first week of December, all walls were complete and the wiring and pipes for air-conditioning were being installed.
