House Construction - first stages
In March 2006 I bought a 5,180 Sq m area of land overlooking Kouremenos Bay and containing 121 olive trees. Having completed the long process of obtaining planning permission, construction of the house is now well underway. There is a basement/ garage, bedroom level, living-room/kitchen/sun-terrace level, then a flat roof. The neighbour's white house is more than 30m away and there is a clear view over the top. The main concrete structure was completed in early October 2007.
The building company "Adar Casa" from Sitia worked very well in 2007
